Jeff serves on the Boards of Directors of Adams Harris, ArrowEye Solutions, CBG Holdings, Inc., MachineryLink, MxLogic, SnagAJob, and Thought Equity Motion. He is a Board Observer at Knightsbridge Solutions and SPS Commerce. He has also been involved with American Wholesale Insurance, Bantek, BirdsEye, E4X, Gevity HR (NASDAQ: GVHR), Kappa Smurfit, Setanta and Scientific Protein Labs investments. Jeff Diehl earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree, with distinction, from Cornell University.

Skip Fleshman, Partner, Asset Management Company
Skip is a partner with Asset Management Company, one of the first venture capital firms founded on the West Coast. Prior to joining Asset Management Company in 2002, Skip served in operational roles for over 15 years, including founding two startups. He has worked in both small and large organizations, with direct operations experience in software, security and government sales. Skip is also an officer in the United States Air Force, where he first served as a fighter pilot flying the F-16. He flew numerous combat missions during Operation Desert Storm and also served as the wing expert in electronic combat systems and programs, including advanced radar theory and electronic countermeasure systems. After the Air Force, Skip continued to fly part-time in the Air National Guard and, during this time, was a founder and executive in two startups, the most recent being BGI LLC - a company that provides software development, training services, simulation consulting to US and Foreign militaries and major defense contractors such as Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, and L3 Communications. Skip received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Davis. Skip was a Sloan Fellow and received an M.S. in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Kirk Holland, General Partner, Vista Ventures
Kirk Holland is a general partner with Vista Ventures, a firm specializing in early and growth-stage investments in information technology, communications and enabling technologies for traditional industries. Vista Ventures has broad operating experience in business development, sales and marketing, engineering, and operations with several startups as well as Fortune 100 companies such as Hewlett -Packard and Procter & Gamble. Prior to Vista Ventures, Holland served as a vice president at internet.com Venture Funds, where he led several software and information technology investments. Previously, Holland was an investment banker in U.S. Bancorp, Piper Jaffray’s Internet and Enterprise Software Group, where he was involved in equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Kirk received a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington.
